DITTO LOVE

Have you ever missed someone and just knew that if you looked up everything would be okay? You will see the same moon in the same sky shining down on you.

Ditto Love

Sweet rush of half awake and sleep

Trains churning down the tracks

In limbo, dreaming Montana skies

The moon hangs between night and day

In the early morning haze

Watching distant lovers

Tango in unison

Momentarily connected in perfect balance

Text thoughts and ditto love

Moving to the rhythm

Willing to take this chance

Lead and I will follow

I really like this poem and so very true. There have been moments in my life when I’ve missed someone so badly that I knew if I looked up at the stars that the person I was thinking of was either under them or looking up too. Wonderful sentiment here Red. Love it.
