This is how I felt this morning. Looking out onto the back garden watching an orange burnished squirrel nibble at the bird feeder. His expression seemed to suggest that there was lots here for everybody. I agreed with him and enjoyed his delight in finding this cache of seeds. It will be hard to turn my back on this idyllic lifestyle even for a little while.

Around me all things significant meld into a melting pot of love. Elvis, my sister’s horse who displays such character and comic personality. The cows out in the far pasture that come running expecting more food.

About redcontroversy

I know I'm a stargazing, skywatching, storm loving, sungazing addict. Environmentalist, political blogger, professional photographer, writer, artist...my favourite quote is: "If the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy, if a blade of grass springing up in the fields has power to move you, if the simple things of nature have a message that you understand, rejoice, for your soul is alive". ~ Eleonora Duse ~ ...my soul is definitely alive.
