Have you ever headed out for a brisk walk when faced with a tough decision? It doesn’t take long before you begin noticing the birds singing or the wild roses growing by the road side … and you return home with clarity about your situation. Have you ever calmed yourself by heading to the ocean or creek? The sound of water gushing over rocks or washing on the shoreline brings a sense of exhilaration, tranquility and joy that will always put your problems into perspective….It’s called  ecotherapy…harmonizing with the earth.

I escape to “ecotherapy”, especially to the ocean, frequently to calm my mind and to make decisions.

Walking barefoot is the best! grounding with the earth. Earthing decreases the effect of these potentially disruptive electromagnetic fields too. xo
