MORNING LESSON FROM A RABBIT

I pulled over and watched the rabbit on the road some distance from where I was parked. I wondered what he was thinking as he turned around and around, then he would stop and listen on his hind legs, ears perked and nose twitching. A beautiful being to watch just as the sun was coming up through the forest and dark shadows were slowly fading. The blackbirds were serenading the scene and I felt so joyful that I was at this particular spot to witness such beauty this morning.

I am certain the rabbit was deciding on which direction he should go and of course he hopped off into the sun choosing the light.
