FEATHER THERAPY

Being connected to nature has always been an essential element in my life. Birding is my go to elixir these days. This morning I found myself lost in a field surrounded by deep marshes and bird song. I have never felt better. I sat down on a grassy bank and just listened..if you close your eyes and try to identify each bird sound you will notice that before you know it a couple of hours have passed. When you come out of your reverie you feel refreshed and ready for anything.

“I’ve had a wonderful season chasing my feathered friends”..

Birds are some of the best ambassadors from the natural world. They interact with other animals, plants and even humans. If you stay quiet long enough and observe you begin to understand the interconnections. Birding is also very good for your health and some mornings I can hardly wait to get outside and get moving in search of a new bird to discover…
